how does it work?
believe it or not, the vast majority of people would be better off in a small group personal training environment, than they would one to one.
SGPT involves up to five clients being taken through a personal training session together. It does not matter if you are not at the same fitness levels as the other people in your session. Or if you are new to strength training and have never picked up a weight in your life. The Coach will be able to manipulate the session plan to suit all levels. You likely will not be doing the same exercise as the other people in your group. Remember it is still a personal training session and will be coached as one.

You will spend time training alongside others who are likely to have similar goals and passions. It is also a lot more fun and engaging compared to training alone.
With Small Group Training no two sessions will be the same, meaning keeping things interesting and engaging is easy.
Small Group Training is a much more cost effective way of receiving personal training when compared to 1-2-1, whilst still getting all the same benefits.
Our experienced coaches have a number of tools at their disposal to enable them to tailor each session to whichever individual they have in front of them. Meaning you are getting a personalised session each time.

what runs alongside your sgpt membership
Alongside your SGPT membership, you will have unlimited access to our larger group training classes of up to 12 members. The classes we offer are:​
FLOW - A bodyweight workout designed with the intention of developing your core strength, balance, mobility and flexibility. Expect plenty of time under tension and holding of position. Inhale, exhale.
FUNCTIONAL - A full body functional fitness workout based around conditioning. Focusing on high intensity interval training to improve your work capacity. Expect to work with KBs, slam balls, sandbags and cardio Ergs. EMOM’s AMRAP’s and all things intensity. Putting the FUN in functional.
